I’m Kelly, a Registered Nurse and Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I help women 40+ balance blood sugar, cut cravings, and lose weight without extreme dieting. As a midlife woman myself, I know how frustrating it can feel when “nothing works” — this reset changes that.

 

FAQ

When do I start? Any time — begin today or pick a start date. 

How long do meals take? 10–20 minutes, with easy swaps. 

Do I need to track calories? No. We focus on protein‑first, balanced plates. 

What if I slip up? You’re human. Get back on track at the next meal — the guide shows you how.

What if I can't start right away?  That's ok!  It's best that you pick a date where you've been able to do a bit of planning ahead of time.  You'll get emails from me along the way - save them for when you do start and refer to them when the time is right.

Do I need to look at the emails that arrive during the reset? No.  If you don't want to look at them, you don't have to.  They are just there for extra prompts and to remind you of certain aspects of the program.
